What are we about at RFBCIstudents?

-
Our mission is to
lead students into
developing a heart
ignited for the glory of God through marveling
at the beauty and wonder of Christ through

Sunday School
Connecting into a small group setting
is vital for our spiritual growth.
Sunday School groups are adult led student groups that meet every Sunday morning at 9:00 AM
in various educational classrooms
in the Student Center.
Students will spend time with adult leaders
working through a keynote developed
by the Student Pastor that discusses,
discovers, and digs out rich
and practical applications from the
weekly Biblical study of text.
Word and Worship
Each Wednesday night, in our student-only
service beginning at 6:10 PM, students will be led
in corporate worship by the Student Praise Team
and in the study of God's Word by the Student Pastor from the weekly Biblical text of study.
If students wish to participate in our team comps,
we begin these comps each Wednesday night
at approximately 5:45 PM.
Just bring your student in and our Student Pastor
will assign them to a team where they will
cultivate deep and rich friendships
that are so vital to Christian fellowship.
Student Retreats
Students will be provided the opportunity
to attend two separate retreats during the course
of each year, one in the winter and one in the spring. Retreats center around studying a specific book
of the Bible through sermons, small group student discussion, prayer groups, and grade-level,
adult-led Bible studies. In addition, students will participate in friendly, yet intense and competitive games. These weekends are designed
to develop students in theological and Biblical
studies as well as foster strong relationships
and a vibrant community of faith among students.
Game Day
Knowing your Bible and sound doctrine
is vital to a person's spiritual development. GAMEIday is a ministry that begins
on Saturday morning and is filled with fun,
energetic, competitive games, in addition
to teaching multiple sessions that correspond
to the GAMEIday topic of study.
The teaching sessions highlight Biblical theology, Biblical archeology, and major Biblical doctrines.
Our desire is to help students understand
how the Bible fits together and to cultivate
a sound theology and doctrine to discern
God's message to His people from beginning to end.
